Let Cooler Heads Prevail

Why do I harp on having a panel of advisors?  Because they really do help you run your business better. 

Last week, for example, two different clients were in tricky transactions and were getting agitated.  They called me to discuss.  We were able to push the emotion aside and look at the big picture. 

In both cases, the clients thanked me for “talking them down.”

Business owners are passionate. Sometimes those passions run so hot that they lose perspective. That’s where your advisors are especially helpful.
