Rethinking 2025 Goals
I need to confess.
Every January I post a blog about companies needing SMART goals – you know the kinds that can be measured.

But I am a fraud. I don’t take my own advice.
I have been unable to define meaningful and measurable goals. Every goal I think of seems arbitrary and I can’t figure out how to ensure I get there.
This year, I am going to work backwards – begin with the end in mind. I am going to think about what it would look like if I achieved certain results, and then develop the steps that will get me there. I am going to take consistent, small, manageable steps each week. A bite at a time until I’ve eaten the elephant.
This is probably obvious to many (most?) of you, but for me, this year is going to be different.
