Time for an Ice Cream Social?

It is definitely Summer. It’s hot, humid, and sticky and it’s getting hard to motivate workers to be productive. In fact, it’s getting harder and harder to find and retain workers in the first place.

Employee satisfaction is how content your workers feel with their roles and the organization. Generally speaking, the more satisfied your work staff is, the more productive and engaged they will be. They will treat your customers well, too.

So maybe it’s time to take everyone to the movies or have a food truck for lunch or even have an old-fashioned ice cream social one afternoon.
